Wipro Expands Partnership with Nutanix

Technology services and consulting company Wipro, on Monday, partnered with Nutanix to launch a new business unit to aid mutual clients in maximizing the value of Nutanix Cloud investments and accelerating digital and hybrid multi-cloud journeys of the multi-cloud computing company.

Wipro said this partnership aims to establish highly robust, durable, and agile cloud operating models for organizations by increasing their speed and innovation.

Nutanix Cloud Platform is a secure and adaptable infrastructure solution. It supports a wide range of workloads across public and private clouds, the edge, different hypervisors, and container platforms, as well as varying computing, storage, and network requirements in any hybrid multi-cloud system.

“The business unit will play a pivotal role in harnessing the transformative capabilities of hybrid multi-cloud, while also actively contributing to the sustainability efforts by reducing energy consumption and carbon footprint in data centers,” said Jo Debecker, Senior Vice President of Wipro.

Nutanix and Wipro are committed to developing and enhancing delivery competency through technologies including Hybrid Cloud Solutions, Software Defined Everything (SDx), Internet of Things (IoT), RoBo, Database migration and Virtuadesk (VDI).

In February, Wipro partnered with IBM to launch its enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Ready Platform, which allows clients to create their enterprise-level, fully integrated and customized AI environments.
