Mercedes-Benz Join Forces with Binghatti Properties to Venture into Real Estate

Mercedes-Benz, on Thursday, launched its new real estate project Mercedes Benz Places | Binghatti in collaboration with Binghatti Properties, property developer, with an aim to integrate automotive and architecture.

The firm said, Benz Places | Binghatti poise 65-storey residential tower that will deliver a holistic, connected, and desirable luxury living experience. Additionally, the firm said, it looks to strengthen its position globally.

Real estate firm said Mercedes-Benz Places is designed to provide customer-centric living solutions with restaurants, sports and wellness zones, lounges, non-automotive retail, exhibition spaces, and parking.

In collaboration with local Mercedes-Benz subsidiaries, developers, and third-party providers, the firm said, the car designer will deliver a range of innovative mobility solutions, which includes EV charging, smart mobility apps, ride-hailing, bike and scooter sharing, chauffeur services and automated valet parking.

Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti is composed of three elements which is horizontal structure of the balconies, lamella structure with its dynamic lines, the closed southern façade said the firm.

“Our collaboration with Binghatti Properties unites expertise and trust, pioneering a real-estate experience that embodies our shared passion for innovation,” said Eva Wiese, Head of Mercedes-Benz Customer Solutions.

Dubai-based Binghatti is a holding company, founded in 2008 by Dr Hussain BinGhatti Aljbori, along with his sons Muhammad BinGhatti and Ahmed Binghatti.
