ITC Infotech Acquire Blazeclan to Accelerate Clients’ Digital Transformation Drive

Global technology solution and services leader ITC Infotech signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% shareholding of Blazeclan Technologies (Blazeclan) on Thursday, to assist clients in steering their digital transformation path.

The company said the acquisition reinforces ITC Infotech’s commitment to delivering business solutions based on strong cloud capabilities.

This acquisition will strengthen ITC Infotech’s ability to serve its customers in a multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environment, with an emphasis on the partner eco-system to drive future growth, added the technology provider.

Subject to customary closing conditions, the consultancy services said the transaction is anticipated to close in six to eight weeks.

“In an evolving ecosystem, enterprises today need to leverage their Cloud investments to stay ahead of the curve and deliver higher value to their customers,” said Sudip Singh, Chief Executive Officer of ITC Infotech.

Recently, Infosys collaborated with Proximus on the ServiceNow platform to transform its customer service management (CSM) operations.

Digital transformation can be achieved in different ways, and the process will differ for every firm. A company may use cloud computing or artificial intelligence (AI) to improve customer services. Or it might restructure its supply chain to leverage machine learning more effectively.

Digital transformation necessitates a shift from conventional thinking and an embrace of experimentation and collaboration for the majority of enterprises. These new perspectives on work lead to fresh ideas that can enhance the client experience, encourage employee innovation, and propel overall business expansion.
